The room was impressively clean and comfortable.

I was quite disappointed with the service during my stay. Upon check-in, my request for a one-hour late checkout was met with an unexpected $25 charge, which I found unusual compared to other hotels. Additionally, there was a considerable amount of noise from the nearby Waffle House, making it hard for me to relax.

I had a delightful stay at Red Roof Inn Sulphur! The staff, particularly Ralph, was warm and attentive, making check-in a breeze. My room was impressively clean and comfortable, with fresh linens and a cozy atmosphere. I felt secure during my stay, which means a lot as a single traveler.

This Red Roof Inn exceeded my expectations in several ways. The room felt like home with its clean surroundings and comfortable bed. Loved having plenty of outlets for charging devices. Coffee in the lobby was consistently fresh, providing a nice start to my mornings. The front desk staff, especially Sammie and Kathy, displayed exceptional customer service. Their friendly interactions shaped a warm atmosphere. However, I was disappointed to find that there was no complimentary continental breakfast, which would have added value. A small coffee maker in the room would have been a great touch, too. Despite this, I appreciate that the hotel is pet-friendly and still maintained cleanliness throughout. Definitely planning to return for another stay, but I hope to see some breakfast options next time.

Hotel staff exceptional. Spotlessly clean rooms. Perfect for pets. Easy access to nearby Waffle House. Comfy beds and great facilities made our stay delightful!

We loved the clean, recently renovated room and the friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently located near the Country Club at Golden Nugget, which was an excellent outing for our family. My kids especially enjoyed the water slides at SPAR Waterpark, just a short drive away.

My children wanted a better breakfast option.
